Things you have done wrong:

- Giving me a graduate account
- Not changing it back to student, twice, even with proof
- Not giving me the overdraft I am supposed to have
- As a result of not having said overdraft, not paying my rent
- Charging me for not paying my fucking rent
- Locking me out of online and phone banking, twice, because you are shit. I know my password is right. I even WROTE IT DOWN.
- Not paying my rent even now, because apparently the password that I have NEVER CHANGED, even when I reset it TWICE, is apparently wrong. it was NEVER WRONG.

Thanks a lot, RBS. First time I get to the bank, I am closing my account. after paying my rent.
